Refund policy

You have 14 days from the date of your purchase to notify us that a return is required. If your request is accepted (please see criteria and exceptions below), you then have another 14 days to return the item(s) to us. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Earrings for pierced ears cannot be refunded due to hygiene and safety reasons.

We are unable to refund the shipping costs paid as part of the original order.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@tagua.co.uk. We will advise of the return address for you to send the item(s) to.

It will be your responsibility for the shipping costs of any returned item(s). When you return the item(s), this must be packed securely to avoid any damage. We highly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and opt for insurance where available. We cannot guarantee that we will receive a returned item.

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of this by email. We will also notify you of our decision regarding whether a refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, we will commence processing a refund to you, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. We are required to send you any approved refund within 14 days.
