Frequently asked questions
Do I need to subscribe to Tagua to participate in the reward program?
No. All customers can earn points, refer friends, and participate in the rewards program, and you are not required to create a store account first.
How can I check my Tagua Points balance?
You can check your Tagua Points balance by logging into your account on our website and visiting our rewards page.
Can I earn and redeem Tagua Points at craft fairs and markets?
Yes. By providing an email address for the purchase, your points balance can be retrieved to be used. If you are new to the program you will be automatically created with your balance at the time of purchase. Please note that the maximum redemption points that can be allocated to offline purchases is 250 points.
Can I combine Tagua Points with other promotional codes?
Tagua Points redemption are only able to be combined with free shipping promotions. Free UK shipping is available for order over £60 (after the Tagua Points discounts have been applied)
Do Tagua Points expire?
No. Tagua Points earned or issued through your reward program do not expire and remain in the your account until either an embedment to the loyalty program or there is a breach in our terms and conditions.
Will I be awarded points for past purchases
Yes. Any online order made prior to 18th July 2025 will have the relevant purchases Points added to the email address used to order.
Can Tagua change or end the loyalty program?
Yes. We may modify, pause, or end the loyalty program (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice. If the program ends, any unused Tagua Points or rewards may be forfeited without compensation.
What activities can lead to losing my loyalty account privileges?
We reserve the right to revoke Tagua Points or account access if we detect any of the following:
- Accounts being misused, duplicated, or shared
- Points earned through fraudulent or deceptive behavior
- Use of bots, automated tools, or scripts to manipulate the system
- Participation for resale or commercial purposes
- Multiple accounts created by one user to exploit rewards
Do my Tagua Points points have cash value?
No. Tagua Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
What am I agreeing to by joining the loyalty program?
